General conditions of sale


These ‘general conditions of sale’ applies to all the orders and purchases on our web shop ( Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all our deliveries are subject to our general terms and conditions as stipulated below. Our conditions apply irrespective of any conflicting stipulations on the part of the client.

When you place an order you accept our ‘general conditions of sale’. We suggest you read these ‘general conditions of sale’ very carefully.


If you like to order merchandise, you can use the order process on our web shop to place an order.

Each order submitted does not bind you, but constitutes an offer from you to purchase the relevant merchandise from us in return for payment by you correlating to the prices displayed at the time the order was placed.

Accepted orders can be cancelled by us or we can refuse to accept your order, including where:

Orders can’t be processed due to an error in information you have provided to us. For example: an incorrect payment card number, expiration date or card security value number, not an appropriate bank guarantee for compliance by the buyer with his obligations, an incorrect shipping address or fraudulent information.

There is an error on our web shop relating to the merchandise that you have ordered, for example: an error relating to the price or description of the merchandise as displayed on our site; or the merchandise that you have ordered is no longer available through our web shop.

We will have the right change the price or description of the merchandise, or delete products who are no longer available at and we may do so without first giving you notice of the changes.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the prices and other information about merchandise on our site are accurate. However, it is always possible that despite our efforts, some of the merchandise may be incorrectly described or incorrectly priced on the site.

Once we received your order, we will send you an email to the email address that you have provided. If we are unable to accept your order (other than for fraudulent purposes), we will send you an email with more information of the reason for the rejection.

If we have notified you that we have accepted your order and you have received a shipment confirmation email, you will not be required to pay more than the price that was displayed on our site at the time that you placed your order for the merchandise that you have requested, and if we have sent you merchandise which is different from the description of the relevant merchandise on our site at the time that you placed your order, you will also have the right to return it.

You can make changes or cancel your order at any time BEFORE your order has been processed by us (before you received your email). If you want to change your order: please send us an email ( or call us (+32 15 34 54 21).


We will always try to deliver your purchase on time (3-6 working days for BENELUX, after we received your payment). The delivery periods indicated by us aren’t binding. Delays in delivery can’t give a reason to compensation or cancellation of the order.

You need to check within a reasonable time if your merchandise is in a good state. If not, it’s your responsibility to contact us in time (read our return policy).

The transportation of the goods takes place at the risk of the client, and the costs of transporting goods are always at the express of the client.

The client is bound to take receipt of the goods on their presentation. Goods not collected on time may be put into storage at the risk and expense of the client.

Merchandise that we deliver to you will become your property at the time that you receive it. As soon as we have delivered the merchandise to you, you will become responsible for it, and any loss or damage to it thereafter.

We reserve the right to change the price of our merchandise at any time. But we will not change the price of any merchandise covered by an order after we have accepted the order.

For your online payments we are working together with OGONE. OGONE is a European company known for safe online payments. We don’t have any permission to see your confidential data. You can pay with a correct credit card. The credit cards you can use are displayed on our web shop. It’s important that you give us the correct data of your credit card. Your order can be cancelled when your payment or data are incorrect. We only deliver your merchandise when your payment is approved.



If you like to return your order, you have to send us an email ( within 20 days after having received your parcel.

In that e-mail you have to request a ‘return number’ and give us the reason of your return.

Articles can be returned, but only when they are in a new and unused condition with the garment tags still attached and in their original packaging.

We will only accept returns for the following reasons:

- Damaged article

- Wrong size

- Wrong color

- Not satisfied

Goods may not be returned without our written permission. Goods are returned at the risk of the client. We are entitled to refuse unacceptable returned goods and goods returned late.


You have three options:

- Exchange of the article on our web shop ( you choose another article for the same price )

- Exchange of the article in one of our BRANDSTORES ( You can visit one of our brandstores –Keerbergen, Hombeek or Eeklo- and return your article and choose another one there).

- A refund through your credit card or bank account. This is only possible when you return your package with DPD. If you choose to return your package to one of our brandstores, you will receive a gift cheque which you can use in our brandstores.


All correctly returned articles will be refunded through your credit card or bank account, excluding the shipping cost, taxes and duties. Refunds can take up to 30 days (after we receive your return).

Be careful! When you return articles 1) which aren’t in an unused condition with the garment tags still attached, 2) which aren’t correctly packed and 3) where products or articles are missing, we will not accept your return or make a refund through your credit card.


A complaint about any defect in any merchandise or other defect in the performance of the contract should be notified to the business as soon as possible and no later than two months from the date you received your purchase. You can send your complaints to Before being able to exercise his right to complain, the consumer must, at the request of the business, establish that the contract to which the complaint relates is a binding contract with this business. The consumer is advised to keep proof of purchase.


The goods sold remain our property up to the date of their fully payment, including interest and other associated costs.


When you place an order on our web shop, you will be providing us with your personal information. We will use your personal information to process your order and deliver the merchandise ordered. You grants us the right to use its personal details where necessary. These details will be kept only insofar as necessary to achieve the goals for which the details are obtained and processed by Punto Fashion, (i.e. for performance of the contract, for marketing purposes and for maintaining contact with the customer).

The personal details supplied by a customer will not be passed to any third party for commercial purposes without the customer's express consent. The customer is entitled to inspect and amend these details at any time.

Our agreements are governed by the Belgian law.

In case of a dispute only the law courts of Leuven (Belgium) are competent.
In case of a dispute only the Belgian law is applicable, regardless the nationality of the buyer or the country where we have to deliver the merchandise.
