Returns

Dear Customer,

First of all, we thank you for shopping at Punto Fashion.

We’ve checked all the shipped articles to guarantee the best quality! If despite our efforts, you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it.

In order to do this most efficiently, please take the time to read the return procedure below.

RETURN POLICY

  • If you like to return your order, you have to request your return number within 20 days after having received your parcel.
  • Articles can be returned, but only when they are in a new and unused condition with the garment tags still attached and in their original     packaging. 
  • We will only accept returns for the following reasons:
    - Damaged article
    - Wrong size
    - Wrong color
    - Not satisfied

RETURN PROCEDURE

You have three options

- Exchange of the article on our webshop ( you choose another article for the same price )

- Exchange of the article in one of our BRANDSTORES ( You can visit one of our brandstores –Keerbergen, Hombeek or Eeklo- and return your article and choose another one there)

- A refund through your credit card or bank account. This is only possible when you return your package with DPD. If you choose to return your package to one of our brandstores, you will receive a gift cheque which you can use in our brandstores.

How does it work?

- Log in to ‘my account’ and select the order number on which you would like to return. Our webshop will guide you through all further steps. Here you can choose between the two possibilities.

- After registering your return you will receive an email with you ‘return number’, including the necessary instructions to return your article(s).

- In the original shipment a ‘return pro forma invoice’ has been included where you need to indicate the items you wish to return. You also have to fill out your ‘return number’ and the date of that day. Make sure you sign the ‘return pro forma invoice’.

- Your original completed copy of the ‘return pro forma invoice’ has to be included in the parcel you will return. When you choose the second possibility (return your article(s) in one of our brandstores), make sure you bring the ‘return pro forma invoice’ to the shop. We suggest you keep a copy for your information and further follow-up.

- In case of the first option, you will receive an email with further instructions for shipping your parcel. We will send you a return label which you have to attach to your package.

- To return the package you should bring it to a DPD ParcelShop. DPD has 1300 Parcelshops in the BENELUX. Search the closest ParcelShop to your home on https://www.dpd.com/be_particulieren#!dpd_parcelshop .

- If you choose to use your own carrier you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

All correctly returned articles will be refunded through your credit card or bank account,excluding the shipping cost, taxes and duties. Refunds can take up to 30 days (after we receive your return).

BE CAREFULL

When you return articles 1) which aren’t in an unused condition with the garment tags still attached, 2) which aren’t correctly packed and 3) where products or articles are missing, we will not accept your return or make a refund through your credit card.
